Terms of Service

By accessing or using the UNIKABIZ website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

UNIKABIZ provides AI transformation consulting services, including Custom Super Agent development, implementation, and support. Specific services are defined in individual client agreements.

As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Cooperate with our team during the engagement • Provide timely feedback and approvals • Pay invoices according to agreed-upon terms • Use our services and deliverables in compliance with applicable laws

Unless otherwise specified in a client agreement: • UNIKABIZ retains ownership of our methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property • Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes • Custom work products are subject to terms defined in individual agreements

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIKABIZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable client agreement. Upon termination, both parties shall fulfill any remaining obligations and return or destroy confidential information as required.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
